As a trained psychologist prior to joining the accounting profession, Eva enjoys providing a holistic approach to addressing clients’ requirements. She believes in maintaining open channels of communication with clients.

Eva has experience and expertise in business and tax advice, compliance matters, tax planning and tax structures. Eva has a large portfolio of long term clients which include high net worth individuals and small to large sized businesses.

Eva works hard to ensure that Nexia Caulfield’s team members work in a supportive and nurturing environment to achieve optimal outcomes for all clients.

Michael is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Registered Company Auditor with over 15 years of experience in the Australian financial regulatory environment. 

Michael’s expertise lies in implementing a risk-based audit approach and developing and executing an efficient audit process while ensuring compliance with Australian statutory reporting requirements. He proactively addresses a wide range of technical accounting matters and demonstrates a deep understanding of accounting best practices and policies.

Operating in a fast paced continually changing environment, Michael focusses on developing and leading diverse teams, consistently achieving desired outcomes both for his client base as well as his teams.

Michael utilises his extensive knowledge and experience to guide and influence those he interacts with, fostering a culture of excellence and building lasting relationships.

Mario brings over a decade of experience, which he gained during his time at William Buck (we don’t hold that against him) and is well known for his enthusiastic and approachable nature in an industry that can sometimes feel a tad…stuffy. He’s incredibly passionate about helping clients achieve the best results, ensuring you understand the how and why of all things technical and not-so technical.  

You’ll often hear us say that some of the best advisors didn’t set out to be advisors. Coming from a competitive cycling background Mario channels his learnt knowledge of mentoring, hard-work and focus into achieving great outcomes for his clients and the next-gen of advisors.
