Sam is a solicitor and an accountant with extensive experience in advising SME’s to large corporates on investment structures and transactions across a broad range of industries - with a particular emphasis on M&A and tax-efficient international financing/investment structures.

As a Tax Partner within our Nexia Sydney office, Sam prides himself on ensuring clients are receiving timely advice and the most commercial outcomes and enjoys the challenge of communicating complex issues in an easy to understand way. He brings strong experience having worked as a tax specialist in both mid-tier and big 4 firms.

Sam specialises in providing advice to clients across a range of industries, with many clients having the complexities of cross border dealings, tax consolidated groups and/or trust structures. His expertise sees him servicing a broad range of clients from large family groups, multinationals, private equity, distributors and service businesses, amongst others.

Sam and his team of specialists have a dedicated focus on uncovering latent cash assets and future savings for clients across a broad range of tax fields in a risk-free manner. Together, they can assist with the structuring, implementation and ongoing compliance management to minimise the workload of clients’ teams and maximising the value provided over time.

In addition, Sam assists with complex tax compliance matters and completes the tax sign-off for numerous audits. This means he understands how any advice will affect the tax return and financial statements for his clients, allowing him to ensure any advice is implemented properly.

Tania is a Senior Manager for Business Advisory at Nexia Brisbane South with over 10 years commercial accounting experience and 15 years public practice experience.

Her experience ranges from family operated business, building and construction, transport and delivery companies, as well as the hospitality sector.  Tania’s passion is growing small businesses and helping them achieve their individual and business goals.

Erin has over 13 years of experience working with clients across several industries in our Audit & Assurance division. Erin has been a key female leader of our Audit Team at Nexia Sydney for over a decade, during which time she has and continues to successfully deliver services to both long-term and new clients.

Erin has furthered her experience by working in the United Kingdom with our Nexia affiliates. Her extensive experience has allowed her to develop expertise in the private sector, government sector, education, agriculture, viticulture, financial services, retail and the not-for-profit industries.

Throughout her career, Erin has developed outstanding project management and communication skills which allows her to provide tailored advice to suit the individual needs of her clients. Her expertise extends across providing external audit and assurance services, financial reporting, due diligence and audit ready services.

Erin is known by her clients to be highly knowledgeable, and delivers targeted audit plans with practical and dynamic solutions. She takes a proactive approach and invests time to understand her clients’ business, their environment and their goals to ensure a seamless audit process.

As a leader, Erin is extremely caring and takes a genuine interest in her staff’s development and their careers to help them become the best young professional they can be. Erin is always ready to lend a helping hand, which is consistent with her supportive and collaborative approach. Outside of her work within the division, Erin is also a contributor to Nexia Sydney’s CSR Committee and the National Nexia Balance Committee.
