Vishal has worked in the accounting industry for over 20 years, including 5 years of experience working in India where he commenced his career.

Whilst Vishal currently specialises in working with Corporate, Government and Not-for-Profit entities, he has a diverse client base and has worked with public companies, multinationals, large proprietary companies, and family businesses across a range of sectors and industries. These industries include Technology, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, AFSL, Media and Construction.

Vishal aims to be seen as approachable by his clients and strives to develop strong and genuine relationships in order to obtain a deep understanding of his client’s needs. He is committed to creating value for clients through providing tailored and practical solutions and is passionate about advising and implementing efficient risk management controls.

Rory joined Nexia after gaining extensive experience as a tax advisor in both accounting and law firms. Rory has an Arts/Law degree with first class honours in law and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, both from the Australian National University. Rory is admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Courts of both the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales.

Rory brings both tax technical expertise and commercial awareness to the solving of clients’ tax problems, having assisted companies both large and small as well as high net worth family groups over the course of his career. Rory is expert in the tax consolidations regime together with the structuring of business transactions in order to obtain the best possible results for clients and has a keen interest in any tax issues that are particularly difficult or unusual.
